Likert Scale - definitions

Likert Scale - A rating scale measuring the strength of agreement with a clear statement. Often administered in the form of a questionnaire used to gauge attitudes or reactions.

For example:

Question: "I found the software easy to use..."

   1 Strongly disagree
   2 Somewhat disagree
   3 Undecided
   4 Somewhat agree
   5 Strongly agree
