Loan, Transfer and Training Systems (LTATS) - A payroll software application that provides for the keyboard entry of loan, transfer, and training data via Form 1236-A, Weekly Loan, Transfer, and Training Hours. It is used to produce the Loan, Transfer and Training Hours Report.
