Mailing Software - Software used to presort and qualify a mailing list for discounted postage classes and rates. The local software is generally be used for Data Cleansing_ and management. Mailing lists can then be uploaded to the software provider for further processing (for a fee) such as comparison to the NCOA and CASS databases.
