Refund policy
We provide you with as much information as possible about our products on our products page and the links leading from it and encourage you to contact us if you have any questions not addressed in those pages.  In this way we try to keep your satisfaction high and refunds low.  Given the nature of our products we do not, in principle, provide refunds once download has occurred.  If, under exceptional circumstances, we agree a refund, this will be the product price minus the transaction cost we must pay to our credit card clearing company in order to make the refund.
