Terms and conditions / License agreement
Please refer to the licensing terms for your product(s) below.  By purchasing and/or using the named product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

ALL PRODUCTS

 

The product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.  The product is licensed, not sold.  You may only transfer your rights to use the product to another user with the express agreement of GRC Database Information.

 

GRC Database Information expressly disclaims any warranty for the product.  The product and any related documentation is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.  The entire risk arising out of use of performance of the product remains with you

 

In no event shall GRC Database Information be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the product, even if GRC Database Information has been advised of the possibility of such damages

 

This agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with Dutch law and the parties to admit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

 

Given the nature of our products we do not, in principle, provide refunds once download has occurred.  If, under exceptional circumstances, we agree a refund, this will be the product price minus the transaction cost we must pay to our credit card clearing company in order to make the refund. 

 

GLOBAL SOURCE BOOK FOR ADDRESS DATA MANAGEMENT

 

You may make only the same number of copies of this file (or any part thereof) as you have licences to use this file.  Each copy may not be accessed by more than one person at one time without the appropriate licence.  You may print this document (or any part thereof) only the same number of times as you have licences. You may not pass this file (or any part thereof) onto others without the licence to do so.

 

REFERENCE DATA

 

GRC Database Information provides to your company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify and copy the data purchased within your company only.  Additionally, your company may distribute this data to its customers within a software application on the condition that under normal use an end-user would not be able to access or export the data provided by GRC Database Information in any form whatsoever. 

 

SOFTWARE

 

The structure and organization of the software are the property of GRC Database Information.  You may not make, have made or permit to be made copies of this software, the documentation or any portions thereof except a sole copy for backup purposes.  You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble or create derivative works based on this software

 

 The lookup tables delivered with the software and any delivered in any later versions of this software or delivered separately to later versions of this software remain the property of GRC Database Information.  These lookup tables may not be altered in any way. These tables may not be copied, printed or reproduced in any way except through the use of such options within the software, nor may they be used or incorporated in any software products or in any other media external to this program.

 

GRC Database Information retains title, intellectual rights and ownership of this software, the media upon which it is recorded, and all subsequent copies of the software, regardless of the form or media or whichever form the original and other copies may exist. 

 

The software and it associated tables and documentation are provided as is.  GRC Database Information makes no warranty that the software will meet your requirements and that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.  No warrantees or guarantees of any kind are offered.  GRC Database Information is not responsible for any problems or damage caused by the software that may result from its use or misuse.  This includes, but is not limited to, computer hardware, computer software, operating systems and any computer- or computing-accessories.  You agree to hold GRC Database Information and/or any persons associated with the creation of the software  harmless for any problems arising from the use of the software.
