Crisis Management - Crisis Management is the Process responsible for managing the wider implications of Business Continuity.  A Crisis Management team is responsible for Strategic issues such as managing media relations and shareholder confidence, and decides when to invoke Business Continuity Plans. (Baseline ITIL definition)
