Scenarios - As applied to personalized ecommerce, are customized sequences of targeted interactions that create persistent and personalized business relationships to drive enduring customer loyalty. Scenarios consist of goals, interactions, and metrics and extend beyond single web sessions to include the entire customer lifecycle and multiple channels (web, email, WAP, etc.).
