Postal code - format
Purpose: to add spaces or hyphens to postal codes which require them, or to remove spaces and hyphens where not required.
This process can be run on characters fields containing postal code data.
Example: 10100 becomes 10 100
TW11AA becomes TW1 1AA
100 205 becomes 100205
