Currency and Cards accepted

 

Our products are priced in Euros.  However, on the payment pages you may also make payments in US Dollars or Pounds Sterling.  

 

Our Internet shop (hosted and powered by RBSWorldpay  ) accepts these cards and payment systems:

 

Visa Purchasing, MasterCard, Visa Delta and Visa.  Alas, American Express and Diner's Card are not accepted.

Products, shop layout and required information

 

In our Internet shop you can purchase the products that we advertise on our products page and the links leading from it.

 

If you are within The Netherlands we are required to charge you VAT (BTW) on the goods purchased.  If you are within the European Union but outside The Netherlands, please be sure to provide us with your VAT (sales tax) number so that we do not have to charge you VAT.  

 

Depending on the goods purchased, we may require other information such as the name, address and fax number of a person who will sign the non-redistribution agreement, and data format.  Please be sure to enter this information when you purchase to prevent delays in delivery.

 

Several products may be listed on one page.  When making an order, choose the "Add to basket" button immediately below the product being ordered to add it to the shopping basket.  If you make an error, for example by pressing the "Add to basket" button twice, choose the "Go to checkout" option, where errors can be corrected before purchase. 

 

Your order is processed by hand. We usually fulfil orders within 1 hour during working hours (Central European Time) and, in any case, within 24 hours.

Refund policy

 

We provide you with as much information as possible about our products on our products page and the links leading from it and encourage you to contact us if you have any questions not addressed in those pages.  In this way we try to keep your satisfaction high and refunds low.  Given the nature of our products we don't, in principle, provide refunds once download has occurred.  If, under exceptional circumstances, we agree a refund, this will be the product price minus the transaction cost we must pay to our credit card clearing company in order to make the refund.
